We welcome the opportunity to teach you everything we know about construction and commercials. Please ensure you read the below terms & conditions so that there are no surprises.

By signing up to Get Ready to Tender, you agree with the following:

1. The monthly payment plan for Get Ready to Tender Membership is priced at £185 + VAT per month, for six months.

2. The payment will be taken on the same day each month.

3. Non-payment may result in the suspension of services.

4. The payment plan may be cancelled by either party with 30 days notice, in writing to [email protected] CCing in [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

5. We recognise that any business or personal disclosures you make to us are to remain confidential and not to be shared (unless required to do so by law). You, the Client, agree that you will not disclose or share any of REV Consultants t/as The Tender Trainers course content, templates, or any intellectual property outside of what is required to complete your normal business activities (i.e. submission of tenders, training staff etc.).

6. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or any other economic loss, arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this agreement.

7. Any required systems and software will be provided by the Client.

8. We will never pressure you to stay with us, but if you feel comfortable sharing the reasons you no longer wish to keep your membership (whether because you have learned everything you need to, or there is something you are not enjoying about it), we would love to hear from you - your feedback is important to us.
