Pipeline Extension + Fractional Commercial Manager Membership is a monthly rolling membership at £850 + VAT per month. 

The membership may be cancelled by either party with 30 days notice, in writing to [email protected]. 

The scope of this membership includes ongoing access to the Pipeline programme, monthly commercial meetings bespoke spreadsheet assistance, and WhatsApp, Email, Phone etc. access for any advice you may require as you undertake Commercial activities in your business. 

You may have additional support requirements that we cannot meet within the scope of this membership. 

If we cannot meet these requirements (for example if you need detailed help with variations or tendering) we will let you know promptly and either offer support at an additional cost or refer you to another consultant.

Pipeline Extension + Fractional Commercial Manager Membership

The “Pipeline Extension + Fractional Commercial Manager” membership has been developed  for Pipeline members who would like to continue with the support and accountability of Pipeline, but with more personal attention - Rickie's eyes on your numbers. 

Pipeline: 

  • Access to our Online video curriculum (25 years + of our experience in an easily digestible video format)
  • Bespoke tools and templates (I work with you to make them bespoke for your company, including my pricing document)
  • Weekly mentoring sessions in group format on Teams

Fractional Commercial Manager: 

  • Monthly private Commercial meeting for support and accountability chaired by Rickie
  • Bespoke spreadsheet creation and assistance as required for cost tracking 
  • WhatsApp and Email access for any commercial queries or issues that may arise
  • Live Tender Reviews
  • Ongoing support for all members of your tendering team via WhatsApp, phone call and email Mon-Thurs
