TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. About us
The Tender Trainers is operated by Lameks Rikijs, a French micro-entrepreneur, SIRET 944 524 651 00022, of 3 rue Paul Dejeanne, France (we, us or the Supplier). Contact: [email protected]. We are not registered for VAT.
2. Business customers only
Our programmes, training and consultancy services are supplied solely to customers acting for business purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, craft or profession.
3. Orders and services
Website descriptions and prices are invitations to purchase, not binding offers. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We may decline an order before acceptance. The scope, delivery method, access period and any additional requirements for a programme or service will be stated on the relevant sales page or in the order confirmation.
4. Fees and payment
Prices are stated in the currency and amount shown at checkout or in a written quotation. As we are not registered for VAT, VAT is not charged. Payment is due as stated at checkout or on the relevant invoice.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate order and account information, keep login credentials secure, and ensure that your use of our services complies with applicable law. You may not share programme access or materials outside your organisation unless we agree in writing.
6. Intellectual property
All programme materials, resources, content and training materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Subject to payment in full, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your organisation to use the materials for its internal business purposes only.
7. Cancellation and refunds
As our services are sold to business customers, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Any cancellation or refund arrangement will be stated on the relevant sales page, order form or written agreement.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from a contract is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Data protection
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and complaints
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of an order will apply to that order. For questions or complaints, email [email protected].
11. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by French law. The courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.
