Clarity. The numbers must be clean, simple, and impossible to misread.
Narrative. A clear story of what happened, when, and why.
Evidence. Screenshots, instructions, emails, photos.

 

If one of these is missing, the QS hesitates.
If all three are there, they are much more likely to pay.
