Cashflow Tips at Pre-Contract Stage

This week marks the first video in our cashflow series, and for the first time, it’s me on camera rather than Rickie. I’m focusing on the pre-contract stage, because this is where many cashflow problems start.

In the video, I walk through the contract terms that have the biggest impact on cashflow, how to judge which one’s matter most on each project, and what’s generally considered standard when negotiating with Main Contractors. The aim is not to “win” negotiations, but to make informed decisions before you sign.
