Commercial Foundations: Live is for a small number of established businesses who want facilitated discussion, accountability, and deeper challenge in a group setting. It runs once a year.

Yes - if you quote work, sign contracts, submit variations, or negotiate final accounts, this applies. We work with trades and specialist subcontractors turning over anywhere from their first £500k through to £10m+. The principles stay the same; the scale and scope changes.

Each programme requires just one-two hours per week: well worth the time input. The on-demand courses are short and focused, and the live programmes are paced deliberately. You don’t need big blocks of time; you need clarity and the right order of actions.

Most commercial problems don’t exist in isolation.

Issues at final account usually trace back to earlier decisions - often at tender stage. The programmes are structured to help you understand the full picture, so the same problems don’t keep repeating under different labels.
